When you say it is not working, you are trying to Airplay music from your iPhone to your HomePod?
The HomePod is not showing up in your Home app or it is showing up but you can't control it?
If HomePod isn't responding - Apple Support
Confirm your iPhone and HomePod are connected to the same local area network.
Reboot the HomePod.
Delete and re-add HomePod to your Home app.
