HELP : Scanned Docs (via Notes) disappearing

I scanned to pages today - I hit save -

they have disappeared

where are they - not in recently deleted ?

please help

Trying to recover recently deleted from notes but can’t find back icon in notes, any ideas Looked on YouTube at videos there all have the back icon in folders the get to recently deleted but I can’t find this anywhere

If you use Files app -> open Files app -> try to search in iCloud Drive or My iPhone.
