whatsapp backup lost.

My Whatsapp backup was 3.5gb then unistalled it and downloaded it gain , so when i tried to restore my backup it shows me that my backup is 188mb, where is my whole data it was 3.5gb, this is impossible, please help, what should i do.

Contact WhatsApp support, it's not an Apple product.
