Using iPhone 11 Pro Max and Macbook 2017 15"

How do I fix the message (using Last Pass):

"Backup requires multifactor authentication

Cloud backup requires multifactor authentication on your LastPass account. Please enable this feature and try again."

I don't know anything about a "YubiKey" either!
