I cannot get my “raise my wrist feature” to work. When I push the button a digital screen shows time with a no alarm notice below that.

Swipe up on the watch face and check to see if you have either of these turned on and turn them off;

I cannot get my “raise my wrist feature” to work. When I push the button a digital screen shows time with a no alarm below time. I have to turn the crown to get the face I want. It goes off quickly. Help?
