High Sierra download link not working

I have a mid 2012 Macbook Pro running El Capitan, and I'm trying to upgrade to High Sierra, but when I go to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683 and click on High Sierra (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/macos-high-sierra/id1246284741?mt=12), it doesn't load the App Store, it just opens another tab on Safari (see picture).

I've been trying to download it for a week, and have done the following process twice: Booted from Internet Recovery, formated my SSD to macOS Expanded (Journaled), wiped it, installed macOS Mountain Lion (cause that´s the one the Mac came with) and then downloaded and installed El Capitan to see if the newer Safari version would fix the issue.

Is anyone else having the same problem? Has anyone been in contact with Apple? The links to the older macOS versions are not working and I haven't been able to use my Mac properly in more than 2 weeks..

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11
