iPhone sim physical sim

I know esim is allowed on gsm and physical has to be on cdma. I want to test which one has a better data signal range at work on different carriers . does anyone have a screenshot of how that looks on the iPhone se or any iPhone Home Screen? so that I will test which is better.

added, is it possible to transfer the esim back onto the original physical sim? that's if I don't like the cdma carrier.
