I no longer receive Apple newsletters

Hello everyone!

I have not received any newsletters from Apple for a long time. Although all communications have been activated from my Apple ID page, I do not receive any emails. I used to receive emails about new apps, Apple Music or Apple events for product introductions. For example, my mom gets emails from Apple often but I don't get anything. I've checked spam but nothing shows up. The newsletters are active and I don't understand how to solve the problem. I contacted apple support am they could not give me an answer. My email is a Gmail and there is no block.

Can you please help me? Thank you.
