M1 Pro macbook pro (2021) connect to 2 144hz monitors at 1440p?

Hey, I'm thinking about buying an m1 pro MacBook pro (2021.) Can this laptop connect to two monitors pushing 1440p at 120 or 144 Hz each? Is it limited to 60? If so how would I go about doing this? Thanks!
