How does iCloud backup works for Adobe products?

hi,

i would like to get detailed explanation on how does iCloud backup works for adobe products. As I have 1 TB for creative cloud to backup everything there. Why is iCloud backing up those files as well?

As for teams, they have their own servers to serve all my data and they are doing it in their app, mac or windows software and on their website as well. Why or what is iCloud backing up for 1 GB+ and how is it going to help me?
