Setting up Scan to e-Mail on HP M480f printer

I have followed this to the letter, spent several days and searching. Seems to be an issue that most SMTP servers now require Two Factor Authentication. I found for Gmail, there is the ability to set lesser security on app specific password, but this doesn't seem possible on iCloud.

When I try to validate the login (and password) it fails with the error. I have changed the user name for the snip below; however this is the error.

I appreciate your help and comments very much. Just Stumped at the moment.

Note: If I was an enterprise with my own domain and registered SMTP server, the instructions would work ok (without 2FA), but for home office this is not possible.

I also note in iCloud they suggest:

If you see an error message when using SSL, try using TLS or STARTTLS instead.

There is NO STARTTLS option available in the EWS (Embedded Web Server) app.
