I installed the new software update and when I use voice text if I say question mark at the end of a question it puts ?\question mark, if I say I it types out I\pronoun, if I say someone’s name it puts their name and the \contact first, a it puts a\determiner. Any suggestions how to get it back to normal?

Let's see if you might have "Hold to Speak Predictions" enabled. You can check under Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Typing Feedback.
