It takes atleast 30+ seconds for Facetime to show video even after audio connection is established. The other person can see me though. Also he colored wheel keeps spinning while this is happening. No other apps open on mac. FYI Mac is brand new. Help plz?

Try making a FaceTime call in safe mode to see if the issue continues: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
