I have an 8K TV and the latest 4k apple tv box. Since the ios update, the apple TV system keeps reloading, even on home screen while NOT streaming. The box works well when i plug it to a different 4k TV (not the 8k). Its not HDMI cable and wont allow to change video definition. What should i do?
No, that comes back to the TV itself. Check to see if that TV is up to date and you may need to consult with the manufacturer.
If it works when connected to a different tv then the issue isn't with the Apple TV itself. You didn't specify whether you tried different HDMi cables so that would be advisable as well as connecting to a different port.
Yes, different ports, different hdmi. AppleTV was working with 8k tv before the software upgrade so maybe is that? (Ie apple tv works with 4k tv but not with 8k?)
