Will private relay reduce speed of MS Team Zoom etc
I experience the network error while using zoom and team. Is this related to private relay

I use MS Teams with iCloud Private Relay set to ON all day. No issues. But that is just my example.
You can confirm yours by turning OFF iCloud Private Relay and see whether that makes a difference. Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your name at top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Private Relay: Set this to OFF.
