Why is there a orange outline in apps when I click space

There is a wierd outline when I click space which is very annoying, does anyone know how to disable it?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.2

Try disabling Full Keyboard Access in System Preferences > Accessibility > Keyboard > Navigation.
