13 pro max battery showing 99% after two month
iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15
My iPhone 13 pro max is at 89% battery health after 4.5 months. I do use the wireless charger dock at night. This may have something to do with the quick battery degradation. I’m on the iPhone forever plan so I get a new one every year. I’m not too worried about the battery health since I’ll get a new one in September. I can tell that the battery doesn’t last quite last as long now.

I have i phone 13 pro may battery helth showing 99% after 1 and half month (45 days) uses. It that any issue?
No, it's not an issue. The average decline in battery health is about 1% a month.
Several my friends have iPhone 13 Pro Max 256gb from 11 months with 99%:
How can be explain this?
It is not 1% for every month.
Basically a lot of people are tired to accept that this situation is normal:
It is not normal.
Infact I check regularly the battery circles using iMazing on my Mac or Win.

As I have no personal knowledge of these people or their phones, I cannot comment. What I can tell you is that I worked for Verizon Wireless (major U.S. carrier) for 20 years, part of that running a service department. I've looked at more phones than you every will. It's normal. What you allege your friends are seeing is not normal.
How can be explain this?
It is not 1% for every month.
Please look up the statistical concept of "average"
Basically a lot of people are tired to accept that this situation is normal:
Basically, a lot of people what batteries not to be consumables. They become obsessed with "managing" the health of their batteries.
It is not normal.
Again, yes, it is.
Infact I check regularly the battery circles using iMazing on my Mac or Win.
So?
""""""""""""""""""""" So: """"""""""""""""""""""
1) Before a person can tell that the battery is perfect he should at least know how many charge cycles the battery has;
2) It is normal for the batteries to wear out: there is no need to repeat it;
3) The new iPhone batteries never have 100% charge but more ... +/- 101%, 102%, 103% testing with a dedicated battery testing tool or with software like iMazing or Coconutbattery: same results;
4) I had previously posted that my iPhone 13 Pro Max had shown a 96% battery health but in actuality was 103% health checked with a dedicated battery testing tool or with software like iMazing or Coconutbattery;
5) The battery health of my iPhone 13 Pro Max had reached:
- 99% after the first 25 charge cycles
- Then 98% after another 5 charge cycles
- Then 97% after another 5 charge cycles
- Then 96% after another 5 charge cycles
And now after several weeks is stable at 96% and in the next few days I will post the actual cycles using a battery testing tool and iMazing;
6) we disassembled a lot of batteries and tested with a dedicated battery tool and the state of health was 102%, 103%.
7) iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 pro max had the same battery health problem and received an update to recalibrate the battery health.
8) Several iPhone 13 Pro Max after 1 year still have 100% battery health (is this clear?):
so it is not true that (as some person continue to say) the average decline in battery health is about 1% a month.
And to prove this, just need to search in several very technical online platforms (videos);
Also: Some batteries can be defective and others can be perfect: for sure mine is defective;
9) I never wrote that we have taken apart and repaired more phones than a person might have in his life...ehm...for sure;

Bro when i bought the phone battery health is at 97% and after 25 day of normal use it came to 96% and just after 6 days it came to 95% !
and 3 months 11 days warranty remaining means phone is used 8months n 20 days
bruh but some of friends have the same model (13 pro max) and they’re still at 99-100 :/ they use fast charger and I never use a fast charger I am using 5w ! Can u pls tell me 5w is good for battery health or faster 20w

You're still overthinking it. Follow the instructions in the article I linked to and don't worry so much. ;-)
And, by the way, my name is not "bruh".
I feel that the watt for the charger does not affect. Because for my iPhone 13 Pro, I used the 20w charger only and have more apps and all then you. And for slightly more than 1 year, my percentage is at 100%. Only recently, it drops to 97%.
I got my 13 Pro Max back in October… 6 months later and it’s still at 100%

So, i think much better to charge it when it drops to 20%
No, there is no scientific reason to wait until it drops below 20%.
Here is the screenshot:
How do you use 5w charger for 4800mah iphone 13 pro max?
it almost takes 5hours to charge it completely
As noted, charge your phone overnight.
