Hi, I need to configure an email account (not iCloud) with Apple Mail (v.15.0). I am requested to set up the IMAP server with START TLS on port 143. I can't find the START TLS option in Apple Mail settings, can anyone suggest what I should/could do? Thanks, FB

I have found some webhosts that provide email access have very strange certificate settings on webmail, and those can be very sloppy when trying to be used by Mac OS X Mail. Spark, Thunderbird, are both email apps that manage such hosts mail accounts better. Try those two email clients first.
One thing that also has worked is to make my email account an Outlook 365 account, and check it over Exchange on Mac OS X Mail.
