Storage full, iPhone now shuts down every time I unlock it. NO I can’t put it in recovery mode

Title says it all. Keeps cutting to black screen with broken loading circle. NO i can’t put it into recovery mode it’s totally unresponsive during the glitch and takes 5 mins to go back to lock screen. NO it won’t connect to iTunes because I can’t tell it the computer is trusted. The only reason this is even a problem is because apple makes it so difficult to remove files from your iPhone & iCloud in the hopes that you’ll pay for storage. SMH

If you had enabled iCloud Photos and then if you delete Photos and Videos from the iCloud it is deleted from iPhone Photos too, and vice-versa. Also, it is deleted from all the devices that use the same Apple ID.
