apple tv+ shows not showing play button?

im finding shows where i can watch episode 1, but then the rest have no play button. like so.

this is the same on tv, or iphone.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are only able to play the first episode of shows in the Apple TV app.

Do you have an Apple TV+ subscription? If not, this is likely why you are unable to watch further episodes. You can get details and start your subscription from Apple TV+.

On what device is this happening?

Please be aware that users will need to sign in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), with the Apple ID account that has the subscription.

It’s happening on all devices, my TV and iPhone.

I am signed in on both as i’m using my library of itunes purchases just fine. I checked my subscriptions and it says i’m subscribed to Apple TV+ (using a 6 month trial i got on PS5) but shows like Schmigadoon! and movies like On the Rocks have no option to play (except for the first episode). It’s like i’m not subscribed even though I am?
