Notes password

I have locked my notes in iPhone 6s and used to access them with touch ID. But now I have logged into the iPhone 13 Pro that don't have touch ID and I forgot the password. How to recover those notes or recover the password of old notes?

I have changed the password in iPhone 13 pro but this is not working for the older notes.

You don't. If you can't remember the password, they will remain forever unreadable.
