Orange bubble with a microphone on the top left corner

Dear Reader,

Today I received iOS 15.3.1 update and since that there is a fading orange bubble indicator with a microphone in the status bar, as on the attached images. I couldn't find any explanation regarding this, so I'm wondering for what this indicator stands for?

Note: I have no running applications on the device, in case if it's a warning about microphone usage.

I have not (and will not) click on the link you provided.

Perhaps you have set up some type of Accessibility access for your microphone.
