How to unsync my airpods pro from my IPAD?

Every time someone uses the IPAD, and at the same time I use my Airpods-Pro with my IPhone the pods sync directly to the IPAD instead to my IPhone …. So the IPAD user loses sound, which is capture through my AirPods-Pro….. how do I fix this?
