Sony Imaging Edge App - I uninstalled it, it keeps coming back and crashing mac

I installed Sony's Imaging Edge App from the Sony website yesterday. It keeps crashing my MacBook (running Mohave 10.14.6). I dragged the app to the waste bin to uninstall it, then emptied the waste bin. The app came back! Ive never had this happen before. I can no longer use zoom or FaceTime.

How do I permanently delete this app?
