Privacy restrictions problem on macOS Monterey 12.2.1

After I've update Monterey to version 12.2.1, I don't know what happened but I started to have problems with privacy restrictions.

Sometimes If Macbook sleeps, after the wake up the microphone, camera, contacts and etc get blank, and I can't use programs like WhatsApp, Teams or Skype, because any problem complain that the Mac don't have a camera or don't have access to the Microphone.

Sometimes it happens even without sleep and only after a reboot MacBook restore their normal behavior .

I have tried to delete TCC.database in restore boot without success.

And if I try to run tccutil reset All, or Microphone, or anything it alway return a failed to reset item like the example below:

tccutil: Failed to reset Camera

Does anyone have passed through a problema like this? I thinking in format and install everything again, but I have a lot of work nowadays and if someone have any clue to fix without a full format, will help me a lot!

Thanks!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.2

Hi BlueberryLover!

Thank you for the tip, I reboot the Mac in safe mode and although the problem persists, in safe mode I could run tccutil reset commands with success, and when I reset the all options the utility complains about a Kaspersky system module that ask for a confirmation. I have update macOS from Big Sur to Monterey 12.2 but didn't have upgrade Kaspersky.

I enter in the normal boot mode, run the uninstallation script of Kaspersky and reboot again, now everything is working fine.

Thanks!

In fact the fault was mine, I was using BigSur until Monterey 12.2 was released, and I have disabled Kaspersky ab out a month to make some tests and forget to enable it again, in this time a new version was released compatible with Monterey and I didn't get upgrade before the macOS upgrade.

So the problem is in a Kaspersky module that was outdated, but was my fault to didn't notice it and din't update it before upgrade to Monterey.

Anyway, I hope this problem can help someone that pass through the same situation.
