I created a locked note on my iPhone - I was trying to access it via my iMac but it always came up blank. I decided to remove the lock on the note, and now the note has disappeared from my phone, iMac and iCloud. It does not appear in the recently deleted either. I have no idea where it has gone.

Troubleshooting Lost Notes:
Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Notes in iCloud Settings:
Look in iCloud settings on each device, and make sure that Notes is enabled. If it is, then disable Notes, and then enable Notes.

Restore from a Backup:
Have a backup of your Mac that has these notes on it? If so, restore your Mac from the backup of it. Then, grab the data by exporting it to an external storage device. Once grabbed, restore your Mac from the back you just created prior to this whole restoration process.
