People can’t hear me clearly (voice distorted-far away sound on mic)on cellular calls but fine with whatsapp messenger calls

While making cellular call with my iPhone 11 Pro, we can hear the other person clearly, but we break up terribly on their end. The microphone operates properly in voice memos, WhatsApp-Viber-Messenger calls, so we verified problem only persist in cellular calls. Even if we make internet calls using 4G cellular data or WIFi, placed call are pleasant & fine…. What other issues could it be other than the microphone?

Volume Output: If you Can't Hear a Person on a Call or Voicemail or if the Sound isn't Clear on your iPhone - Apple Support

Volume Input: if your Microphone isn’t Working or People Can’t Hear you While you’re on a Call -Apple Support

If Neither is of Success: Contact Apple Support

B. Why the Issue?

Interference: This is likely an error with interference. So, start here: If your AirPods Pro make crackling or static sounds - Apple Support
If Used in a Closed Space: Does it sound muffled? If you are using these in a closed room, then echos can come about.
