Hi, I just want to know, how do I know if a photo is on the cloud or on my phone? Thanks

If you use iCloud for Photos, then the Photos are on your iPhone AND on iCloud. The photos are in synch. If you delete a photo on iCloud then it gets deleted on your device and vice versa.
