Hi paid for Sundance subscription and I no longer seeing it

You might want to try looking for Sundance in "Watch Now", see if you can select the show in "Up Next", or use the "Search"

Sundance Now is available as tv channel in the Apple TV app for users that started their subscription inside the Apple TV app.

Sundance Now is available from the Sundance Now app for users that started their subscription outside the Apple TV app.

On what device is this happening?

Apple TV+ is unrelated to and independent of other tv channels.
