Hotel surfcam no longer works on iPad, but works on laptop and iPhone

What can I do to get hotel surfcam to work on iPad. It use to work fine, then quit. Works fine on iPhone and laptop.

If it happens using that app only, I suggest that you contact their developer team and ask them.
