MacBook LockPadded Screen looping with no end

My MacBook Air its in a BLACK SCREEN WITH A BIG PADLOCK and I know that I didn' new that I was protected by this FIRMWARE ENCRYPTION (thanks GUYS). So Facts An Questions:

I any way I can bypass, reset this screen, move to recovery mode, or safe mode. I've done all the commands in every articule and always the same: turn the Mac down, hold the kebab keys for SMC NVRAM CMD+P`R ETC. And im still in the same place since 3 month ago.

APPLE ASKED NE PROOF OF purchase, well I don't have it and im a client that has lots of apple products. its any possibility to do a research on systems for you to see that i've been the one and only user in this produc? Any guys experimenting the same? what. have you done ? set you MacBook a your coffee table decoration?

I find the very upsetting, that apple has the opportunity to gave back my info, but on contrary is keeping it "SAFE" FROM ME the owner. PLUS the comment of the sales rep was unacceptable: "mmm that s a big problem, why don't you just buy another one" and me: -'cause this works buy another another one)

Is any process, bridge, configuration, codes that can help me at least land in recovery, safe mode, Internet connection, Something?

Assuming this is the screen you are encountering the answer is no.

If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support explains "If your Mac is using a firmware password, the lock icon appears when you try to start up from another disk or volume, such as an external drive or macOS Recovery. Enter the firmware password to continue."

Set a firmware password on your Mac - Apple Support explains in greater detail:

How to turn off a firmware password

  1. Start up from macOS Recovery. During startup, you will be prompted to enter the firmware password.
  2. When the utilities window appears, click Utilities in the menu bar, then choose Startup Security Utility or Firmware Password Utility.
  3. Click Turn Off Firmware Password.
  4. Enter the firmware password again when prompted.
  5. Quit the utility, then choose Apple menu  > Restart.

If you forgot your firmware password

If you can't remember your firmware password, schedule an in-person service appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Bring your Mac to the appointment, and bring your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

No. That ability would nullify its purpose.
