Why is Apple not willing to follow the new RBI card payment guidelines for

I have been a long time customer of Apple, and Istore., and yes using my same Citi Business card for over a Decade, now this is not honoured because of Apple refusing to follow these simple guidelines.

RBI the regulatory Authority for card payments in India has issued new guidelines for all periodic transactions like Apple Icould+, Apple Music.

I use a subscription model service for various services be it my yearly Anti virus from Mcafee, office365 subscription, YouTube music including my above mentioned Apple products.

i am not allowed to add my RuPay debit card, nor my City business card is honoured by Apple.

All my other mentioned services are active, I had to upgrade to a 200 GB Google drive, simply because Apple refuses to follow the very simple guidelines for periodic payments. All these are paid through my City business card.

Yes there were initial hiccups , my Netflix subscription took over two months to resolve, but this doesn’t seem to happen with Apple.

I request Apple to urgently upgrade to the RBI guidelines and help numerous Indian customers .
