Safari Cookies Improvement

Can apple design safari with a feature to allow us to keep cookies from certain domains when a user is removing cookies?

For the ultimate privacy, I would love it if every time the browser closed, my cookies were cleared and only the ones for things I would like to remain logged into stay on, such as my finance accounts, Google Accounts, etc. A keep cookies from this site button would be ideal to easily add cookies I would like keep to my list.

I see Google sneaks in other ad tracking cookies besides the ones to stay logged into google gmail. Thus, if further customization was possible, that would be great.

If apple did this, I think many people would make the switch to Safari from Chrome.
