IPad Pro 5th Gen, a part of the screen doesn't work

Greetings. May be 8 hours ago I was drawing pictures on Procreate, but after a few hours later procreate made some mistakes. First I thought that it was a problem about the app and I resarted my Ipad again. Then I realized that in mediaband, autodesk sketchbook, procrate and even in collabnote application, a part of the screen like a rectengular doesn't detect or sense the touch of the apple pen. In landscape mode there is a gap happened on that part of the screen. Then I restarted again. First the apps sensed my finger on that part and I could draw some lines by my finger, but again pen couldn't draw anything in that part. After a while my finger touches stopped functioning too. When I turned of all the apps in that part the main screen doesn't work too. For example when I try to open my settings I couldn't touch my avatar or update button too.

Sorry about my bad English. I am very new in Apple products. I Unfortunately I don't have any friends to ask about this issue too. I bought my ipad pro 12.9" on the 22nd November 2021. It is very new and I can't understand these kind of problems . I just bought this ipad for drawing and don't use it for ther things! I hope you would help me :(

Greetings again.

Today is the 39th day of my problem. It is still continued. Let me write you what I did in that period. I called the technical support of Turkey on the 21st February. They checked my software by connecting my Ipad and they didn't find anything wrong and directed me to a Technical Service. I gave my ipad to the service 1st on the 22nd February. I think around 7 days they called me back and they couldn't find any problem with the hardware. Because they checked my Ipad with AST 2 test. I checked at home, but the problem continued. then I took some videos of my problem and left my tablet to the same service on the 4th of March again. They watched the videos of the problem first. But after 7 days again they said that there was no problem with the hardware. And they said that may be my ID ha a problem and I should sign up with a new ID to teest it again. And there might be a virus on my device. they said I have never heard anything about a virus before about IPads. At home I got a new ID and the problem continued again and again.

Then I don't know how many times I called and talked with the Apple technical support in Turkey. Last week or before that week they wanted to access my analyzes and got my ipad logs (sorry I don't know their English names) and connected my device to get them. Then told me to note the times when the problem occurs and send them to compare to find the error. Anyways today is the 39th day of the problem. The tablet is with me, I can't use it for drawing. And my warranty is consumed because of this problem. after 3 months of using an ipad it becomes a regret for me. I saved money to buy this thing for 3 years and now it is a very bad dissappıinting thing for me. Should I wish to have a hardware error to solve the problem rather than a software problem? What kind of software error is this and the tablet is waiting with me at home? I thought Apple is the best but I still don't have any solution. :(
