My daughter forgot her passcode and made too many attempts, first it said security locked, and now it's saying ipad unavailable. I tried to connecting it to the laptop, it powered up when plugged into the the device, but it is not recognizing by the ipad. Tried it with another laptop, and it's still unrecognizable. What could be the issue?
