IPhone13 won't pair with Phoenix hearing aids

I just bought an iPhone 13 running software version 15.2. It replaces an iPhone6 (I keep these a while ) which worked fine with the hearing aids. I have followed the procedure multiple times. I make sure the bluetooth is on I turn the aids off then turn them back on again, and I try to pair them. I get a separate pairing name for each aid. The phone will indicate that one of the aids has paired, then the second aid will not pair. If I try to pair the second aid again, it pairs, but the first aid drops the pairing. I've tried to listen to phone calls and podcasts with the phone indicating one aid is paired, but neither hearing aid works. Anybody got any ideas?

Hey Toervr,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're only able to pair one hearing aid at a time, but can't get both to work. We'd be happy to help out.

To get started, we're not seeing that Phoenix hearing aids are compatible with your iPhone looking at our compatibility list here: Made for iPhone compatible hearing devices

Given that they worked with your old iPhone 6 though, also try out the steps here: Use Made for iPhone hearing devices

If you continue to have issues after completing the steps found at the resource above, you may also want to reach out to the manufacturer of your hearing aids.

We hope this information helps out.

Take care!
