My data is not working on snapchat only. So i can open apps like google and apple music and my service works perfectly fine and i also get notifcations about people sending me snaps and chats but when i open the app nothing is loaded and the app acts like i have no service. This is also happening with the instagram app.

Yes it’s on. It’s like the apps only work on wifi. Like if u were to text me on insta I would get the notification u did. But when I go to open it the app acts like it’s on airplane mode and is getting no service. I have full bars and cellular data is on for all apps. I’ve tried deleting the apps, restarting my phone, even factory resetting. I just can’t find the solution
