Can I get a refund for an accidental movie purchase on Apple TV

I have accidentally rented a movie on Apple TV. I am not even sure how I managed to do it...careless clicking...I opened the App in the dock by accident and somehow managed to rent a movie while clicking and closing windows! I did not notice until I got a notification telling me I had 46 hours remaining to download the film.

I haven't used the App since the free subscription expired, I have 'reported a problem' and asked for a refund.

Will I get a refund? Payment is showing as pending in my account.
