iPhone 7 won't update I tried turning off and on and made sure it was full battery and connected to the computer and nothing worked. Looks like it starts to prepare and then fails.

Please follow the steps in the following link for support with this issue: If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
