My iPad Air 4 started acting really strange this morning. First, its battery was dead so i put it on charge but it wasn’t charging, its logo just started flashing like it wanted to turn on but couldn’t. It hasn’t stopped and I can’t restart it because it keeps turning off. It won’t stop, even when unplug the charger.

If you already tried all the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPad won't charge - Apple Support , it sounds like a hardware (battery? digitizer? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
