Delay in volume button for iPhone 11

I am an iPhone 11 currently running the lastest software iOS 15.3.1. A few days ago I replaced the phone with express replacement. After I transferred my data to the new phone, there is a delay is the volume button.

When I tried to click volume button when the volume bar does not appear, there is a delay of 1 to 2 seconds until the volume bar appear and the volume is changed. When is volume bar appears, click the volume button has no delay, however, holding it will cause a delay.

This is a brand new replacement unit and I also have reset the phone once after encountering the issue. However, the problem still persists.
