My iPhone 13 pro max always drops from wifi and 5g even when having full bars and stops working for around a minute or two then starts again. This has happened ever Denice I got the phone a few weeks ago

I have done this and it didn’t change. I’ve read somewhere that a lot of people hate having this problem with this phone

  1. Ensure that you are using the latest update of iOS version 15. The latest update version is iOS 15.3.1.
  2. If your iPhone has been updated and the issue still exists, then it is time to take advantage of the Apple 1YR Limited warranty that came with the purchase of your iPhone 13 Pro Max. Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and resolution. You may even begin by contacting 👉 Apple Support
