Setup for apple watch

How do you setup an apple watch WITHOUT AN IPHONE. I know there is a way just I dont know how to do it. NO, I AM NOT talking about family setup. And NO, I DONT CARE IF I LOSE FEATURES

You cannot,an iphone is mandatory in order for an apple watch to function.
