Hi jabes1989,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering if you have checked your phone settings

and /or

contacted your phone service-provider to check.

Apple support have aricles online that may help:

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

All the best :-)
