So my iPad has a SIM card and its own phone number. After setting it up, I go to the “I’m reachable at” tab to add the number and it sent the verification code to the number. So of course I’m not getting the verification code. How do I add the number?
That SIM card is just a "data only" card, and its number is only needed (known) by your carrier to charge you for your traffic plan.
An iPad cannot be used as a phone, so it will never have its own phone number.
