Hi! I turned call-forwarding on last Friday and now I can’t turn it off. When I use the slider to turn it off, the wheel spins but then the slider goes back to on again. I can’t change the number to forward calls to as well. I tried updating to the latest software and disabling wifi, network data, wifi-calling and it still doesn’t work. I have an iPhone SE. Please help. Thanks!

We understand that you’re encountering an issue where you are unable to turn off Call Forwarding in Settings.
We can recommend a restart of your iPhone, just a regular restart, as it doesn’t look like that has been done yet - Restart your iPhone.
Call forwarding is a feature provided from your carrier, so you can reach out to them to find out if your calls are still being forwarded, see if they are able to refresh the feature on their end, etc.
If the situation persists, after reaching out to your carrier, you’ll want to connect with Apple on the situation - Contact Apple Support.
