If you mean Apple Pay Cash, no. Absolutely not. It is just like using cash. There are no protections.

I will also echo the post above. The number of online puppy scams out there are reaching the point where they outnumber the legitimate breeders advertising on line.

Don't do it.

Check local breeders and rescues.

You should procede with extreme caution. Nearly every day I see articles in our local paper about internet puppy purchasing scams. I suggest that you meet the seller and the puppy in a safe place such as a Police Station before you pay.
