I just purchased a MAC PRO and to transfer my info from my Windows PC. Need the MACOP to download the software for the xfer. My new MCA info is:

A new MacBook Pro purchased from Apple should have Monterey.
If purchased from someone else it lvwey ikely has Monterey since all Macs manufactured after mid Oct 2021 would have Monterey.
