My apple music wont work it says retry connection even tho its connected on my wifi and my cellular data

It sounds like you're having an issue with connecting to Apple Music. We're happy to help.


Since the issue is occurring when attempting to connect using Wi-Fi as well as cellular data, we'd recommend starting with the steps here: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services.


If your network connection is working for all other apps and services and the prior article didn't resolve the issue, test force closing the music app and re-opening. If needed, the article here can show you how to force close the app: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch.
