i have an iphone 11 and even when i have 4 bars of cellular and also all the wifi bars nothing will load, i try turning on/off airplane mode and switching between cellular and wifi, still neither work, and if it does it’s so slow that texts won’t even send because it takes so long to load

Is the iPhone full updated to iOS 15.3.1: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch?
Is any carrier update available: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad?
Also try these steps: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network.
